You mention “Flat roof” and you are met with “ooo they don’t last” “they leak a lot!”

The truth is all roofs can leak but designed and installed properly there is no difference between a pitched and a flat roof. And flat roofs are never 100% flat.

How do we know this? Our experience, times have changed new innovative durable products have come to market, enabling us to become specialists in this field.

There can be other issues causing Water Ingress or leaks, such as damaged Cavity Trays which are the main cause of damp patches above windows, doors, and the junction to a flat roof.

A product we have used with great success is the Puma Roofing System with the Repoma liquid waterproof membrane that is applied by our team of approved installers ensuring roofs are watertight.
