The moment has come and our new office development in Denby Dale has hit the market.

We’ve had some ups & downs, changes and redirections with this development. It’s taken time come together as we chose to prioritise other projects and ensure we we’re available for our major clients.

On the advice of property marketing experts we decided to move away from offering individual offices to marketing the development as two parts, ground floor & first floor. With the first floor currently under offer.

The office development is set in a rural location over looking Denby Dale with ample parking and is on the market with our local estate agent Boultons.
