Apartment block complex works undertaken on apartments and the penthouse by our teams to meet scope of works outlined by the NHBC.

Works:

• Replacement of cavity trays
• Cavity closures beneath coping stones
• Disturbed finishes made good, along with all internal repairs.

Considerations:

• Residents on site
• Access to parking bays etc. maintained throughout
• All scaffold tied and protected
