A Word From The Team

Team Take Over:

Site Manager Dan

Dan’s one of our Site Managers who mostly works bigger jobs, plant and groundwork. He’s been working national projects for over 5 years for Walker Group, most recently from The Wirral to Windermere and Walker Estate new office development, The Facade.

Multi-skilled, a grafter, he knows what needs to be done and just gets on with the job.

A word from Dan:

“The business is moving in the right direction” and “I want for nothing if I need help or machinery Chris sorts it.”

Site Manager Alex

Bricklayer by trade, Alex has progressed to become one of our Site Managers, working national projects doing what needs to be done, working to high standards and exceeding client expectations.

A word from Alex:

“Always room for improvement but practically sites are pretty good, tidy site and good customer relations. The future looks good.”

“If you need tools, they will help you get them.”

Site Manager Martin

Subcontracted Plasterer to Site Manager, Martin is an experienced, multi-skilled tradesman who works to high standards. Hands-on working and managing projects on behalf of our clients, liaising directly with the client and homeowner, he does what needs to be done to get the job done.

Martin has been passing on his knowledge to other members of the team and provides on the job learning to our apprentices. Including son Kyle, who’s onsite skills and workmanship has developed over the past few years whilst working towards his industry certifications and qualifications.

A word from Martin:

“Got the right people in who can do the job. It’s keeping that going right men right attitude that can be tricky.”

“Chris is approachable; got a problem he will sort it. Standout company to work for: Chris is old school in his approach if there is a tool or bit of kit that can make a job easier, he will get it to help make your life easier.”
