Multi-faceted Pitched Roof

Client: NHBC Duration: 6 weeks Location: Essex

Apartment block works competently undertaken by one of our three-men slating teams to meet a six-week programme whilst liaising daily with the various homeowners and business owner.

• Conducted technical investigation works to the apartment block’s multi-faceted pitched roof, which is covered with a natural slate and features a conical tower.
• Replaced 400m2 of defective slates.
• Carried out better detailing of the lead work and other associated works.

Issues to overcome:

Busy town centre location and restricted access to the car park area.
