We’re into the final week of the project on The Wirral.

The conditions last week were perfect for a project of this nature, we were able to crack on with re-water proofing of the parking areas and drainage works.

A beautiful place to live and work.

Although the location did present challenges, but it comes with the territory when working a site just off a busy coastal promenade.

Location, safety, resource, and time are all factored into the programming of works: from teams to residents on site to delivery of materials and machinery, loading from narrow streets busy with day trippers, locals and cars.

Our site manager remains in constant communication with residents, keeping them informed of the works. To ensure their safety and that we cause as little disruption as possible whilst carrying out the necessary works.
