Park Gate Project Takes Us To The Wirral
This week we’re working overlooking the River Dee, in between Liverpool and North Wales. Stunning views of the beautiful Wirral.
The team have captured some great views of the Welsh Hills and River Mersey, this beautiful landscape provides a great backdrop for our project.
The project is to re-waterproof the podium deck of the parking area as water is currently leaking through to the lower floor.
Scope of works:
- Remove the current surface of the area and raised planters
- Apply SIKA waterproofing to the main structural slab
- New surface to be laid
- Rebuild decorative planters.
Having previously worked on similar projects, using their knowledge & experience Walker Group worked closely with the client to develop new designs and scopes to ensure the best outcome for the project.
