Domestic Extension

Duration: 4 weeks

• Small but unique domestic part-built cut stone extension to an existing large stone residence.
• The extension was very much in keeping with the existing dwelling and the design relied heavily on the quality of cut stone produced at a local stone yard and ultimately the skills of the on-site stonemason in assembling the stone.
• For the waterproofing of the insulated flat roof we suggested the TremcoVulkem Quick System, a fast curing liquid waterproofing system that allowed our roofing team to seal the structure in a matter of days.
