Works started last month on Emley ARLFC new changing facilities and social space. 

Working a Great Local Community Project

After a recommendation from our existing client David Wood of Boultons, who we’ve worked with when delivering projects on behalf of clients for many years, we were asked to provide a quote for budget prices for the Emley ARFLC changing facilities project. 

As we are local, we’re both pleased and proud to be working on this stand out project that will benefit the local community and families in the area.

Emily ARLFC Scope Of Supply

Full Scope 2 Stages:

1. Design & Planning Application
2. Onsite
   
   • Demolition of existing facilities
   • Main contractors for new facilities build comprises:

                                                               i.      1 Building 260sqm

                                                             ii.      Changing room built to Sport England Specification

New build facilities underway, Walker Group teams are on site until December, the plan is to handover before Christmas 2021.
