Our team, customer and supplier safety is paramount to Walker Group.

We have processes and procedures in place to ensure we work as safely as we can to carry out necessary works indoors for homeowners:

• We will call you prior to arrival to ensure everyone in the house is symptom free, in good health and happy for our contractors to enter your home.

• Preferably you can leave your home when we arrive, but we appreciate with tight restrictions in place this may not be possible. Therefore, you must not enter the room where our contractors are working.

• All windows should be opened prior to our arrival and whilst we are working.

• For indoor / smaller projects Walker Vans are fitted with welfare facilities and hygiene stations thus ensuring good hand washing routines can be maintained. (On larger sites and projects we provide mobile hygiene units and Portaloos)

We continue to keep a close eye on the news and await further updates from the government. Should the situation change, we are a lean family business able to adapt quickly to change.

Be assured we will keep you updated and will not risk putting our team, customer’s or suppliers at risk.
