It’s important to us that all our team are satisfied with their work.

This past year, the nature of our work and employees travelling direct to site presented challenges that we had to overcome and work around but we couldn’t be prouder of the hard work and dedication of our teams.

We have gone through a period of change, we’ve introduced new processes, technologies, procedures and taken on new team members. And, the feedback about the team from our clients and homeowners has been consistently positive and humbling.

So, these past few weeks we carried out interviews with the team to get their take on how they feel about their roles, responsibilities, and the future of the business.

Whilst there are some areas we will be addressing, overall, the feedback was very positive and a rewarding process for us all.    

A happy team is a productive team, reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn, we couldn’t ask for more.

We’ve been sharing feedback from our clients and homeowners all year here and on social media, now it’s time to hear from the team who do the work.

Site Manager: Josh

Apprentice Joiner to Site Manager Josh has developed and grown with the business.

Now highly qualified and certified to industry standard, hand-on tools with a keen eye for detail and is known for his tidy site keeping. “Tidy site tidy mind” Josh!

A word from Josh:

“Need anything site or machines we get it.  Get right tools for job, that helps productivity and is great for the team”

“Feel part of a team, not just an employee or a number like you would be at a bigger company” [Josh]

Site Manager: Lewis

Electrician by trade, Lewis joined us as a Labourer to learn from other experienced tradesmen, including Dad Phil.

Lewis is now an experienced multi-skilled tradesman and qualified customer facing Site Manager, constantly communicating with homeowners to ensure they know what’s happening with their project and maintaining our high standards of work.

A word from Lewis:

“You always have work. Even if bad weather you will always be offered the chance of other work if you want it”

“If you need tools, they will help you get them”.
